If I could give one star I would. A couple om months ago I went to this shop to get my ears pierced. DO NOT DO THE SAME AS ME. I've had quite a fair share of piercings done , double lobes, conch, septum piercings. All at different shops to compare experience and prices. I asked the manager or the lady thay works there I'm not certain what this ladies position was and I asked het if she could pierce me in my cartridge. She said yes shes and experienced piercer and she'll do it for me without any problem. Now ive had a cartridge piercing ( conch) done before and with every professional piercer the initial piercing they put in for you during the healing stage is a long bar to compensate for swelling. She said it doesn't matter it'll be fine and I blame myself for not listening to my instincts. She proceeded to piercie my cartridge with a HANDGUN! Ask any respectable piercer and they'll strongly advice you not to pierce cartridge with a hand gun, if your curious, Google why. She reassured me that the swelling wouldn't swallow my piercings and guess what? They did. I lost my 1st piercing within a month and have been dealing with extreme swelling for 5 months while following piercing guidelines and keep it clean. And the funny part? My grandmother got her lobes pierced and we had to pop the piercing out like a pimple to remove it , as ive told you it's just logic to get a bigger bar to help with swelling. After months of pain and trying to get my piercing to finally heal I realized the fault didn't lay with me. This is an absolute horror story and would strongly advise people to go get their ears pierced by a professional who has a license and a background. I would go back even if I get paid.

I was feeling down and worn out. I made an appointment with Olga for a cleansing facial and back massage, something I had not done in forever.  I was received with such kindness and was treated with care.  The massage and facial were fabulous and I left there feeling rejuvenated and beautiful.
