MASSAGES

“Massage Day is the best day of the week!” Although massage is great for helping you relax, it has more therapeutic benefits, too. Massage may help relieve anxiety, boost focus, even improve sleep. Plus, in order to see those positive effects, it takes less time than you might think.

How often should you have a massage?

For relaxation: As often as you like! Weekly, monthly or longer.

For Pain relief: Leave at least 3 days between massages to allow muscles to recover. Weekly or fortnightly until pain subsides.

For relief of Knots: Weekly for at least 4 weeks and thereafter monthly to prevent them from reoccurring.
